The patient portal is for NON-EMERGENT and secure communication between you and your doctor or the office staff. It is more secure than email and is compliant with federal health privacy laws. (Read more about why email is not a secure method of communication by clicking on the link to the "your privacy" link on this website, in the menu to the left). You may ask questions of a medical nature through the portal but do not expect an immediate reply. If you need a medication, have an urgent need, or need an answer to a question that cannot wait up to 48 hours, please call the office. Thanks, and we hope you enjoy and benefit from this new service!

To access the portal, you will need a username and password, which you can obtain by contacting the office. You will need to provide us with a valid email address and will also need to be seen by one of the doctors at least one time. You will then receive an email invitation detailing how to access the portal. Once you access the portal, you may leave messages, send and receive documents (such as lab results, documents, notes from other doctors, etc) and generally communicate securely with us. Click the link below to access the portal once you have your login information from the invitation email.
